Arizona's Trusted Security Partner Since 1988
Family-owned, locally operated, and committed to protecting what matters most.
Our Story
VSS Security Services was founded in 1988 by Tom and Betsy Vigilante with a simple mission — provide world-class security with the personal touch only a family-owned company can offer.
For over 35 years, we've protected businesses, schools, communities, and individuals across Arizona. We've grown to over 300 employees while staying true to our roots: honesty, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.
The VSS Security Culture
At VSS, culture isn't a buzzword — it's how we operate every single day. We believe great security starts with great people. That means rigorous training, real-time technology, and a management team that stays in direct contact with every client. We don't just show up — we show up prepared, professional, and accountable.
